Once again the hard preparation for NMUN has paid off. Our 10 delegates enjoyed five days of the world’s largest Model UN conference and represented the Kingdom of Norway in various UN bodies. They passed resolutions incorporating their ideas, negotiated with diplomats to find solutions and met friends from all over the world. On top of that, DuEMUN was recognized for it’s Outstanding Position Papers which were sent in prior to the conference. “Position Papers are the first step to go really deep into your country’s policies and to the other delegates and staff members they show how well you did your research. I am so glad I can bring home this award home the third year in row” explains Head of Delegation and Student Advisor, Nils Macher.

We hope that DuEMUN can continue to send well prepared delegates to NMUN in the next years to experience this one-of-a-kind simulation in New York City.
