Prerequisites

If you wish to participate as a delegate, you must meet the following requirements:

  • The maximum age is 30 years at the time of the conference.
  • You must have been enrolled at a University or College within 12 months of the date of the conference.

All participants of DuEMUN VI are required to pay a conference fee of 50 Euros. This fee covers materials, badges and placards. Lunch, snacks and drinks for the duration of the simulation are included in this fee. Not included are transportation costs, accommodation and other expenses. The optional cultural program will be covered by a seperate fee.

Students of Ruhr Area Universities

Students from the University of Duisburg-Essen, Ruhr University Bochum and the Technical University of Dortmund wishing to earn credit points are required to take part in a seminar.

While the conference is an integral part of the seminar, the seminar is however not an integral part of the conference.

Students from the above universities not wishing to earn credit points are only required to visit two bloc courses during the summer semester.

Students from other nearby colleges and universities are encouraged to visit the bloc courses, if so possible. However they are not mandatory for participation.
